Fencing services

Fences, gates and repairs across Melbourne

Our fencing contractors cover Melbourne and regional Victoria, from backyard Colorbond to farm wire. They install timber, blade and cyclone fencing too, for homes, farms, schools and work sites.

We also install gates, repair damaged fences and build sleeper retaining walls. Sleepers are the long timber or concrete beams that hold the soil back.

  • Your quote is free and comes in writing
  • Our installers are insured
  • We bring in welders and concreters when a job needs them

Not sure which fence suits?

Start with what the fence is for. Here's what usually suits each job, and we'll talk it through with you when we quote.

Still not sure? Tell us what the fence is for and roughly how many metres, and we'll point you the right way.

We work across Melbourne and regional Victoria. See the areas we cover

  • Privacy between backyards

Colorbond and timber paling fences are solid from top to bottom, so nobody can see in.

  • A tidy front fence

Blade fencing looks neat from the street and still lets light and air through to the house.

  • Fencing for sports courts and work sites

Cyclone fencing is tough, you can see through it, and it covers long stretches.

  • Stock, horses and paddocks

Farm fencing in plain wire, barbed wire or ringlock, a woven wire mesh, keeps animals where you want them.

  • A sloping yard

A sleeper retaining wall levels the ground, and we can install the fence on top in the same job.

  • A way in for people or cars

We install swing and sliding gates in the same material as the fence, for paths and driveways.

  • A fence that's only partly damaged

If most of the fence is sound, new posts, palings or sheets where it's broken are often enough.

Other fencing jobs

Pool, commercial, front and privacy fencing

  • Pool fencing

We install blade pool fencing in steel or aluminium, and pool gates with self-closing, self-latching hardware. A pool barrier always needs a building permit.

  • Commercial and school fencing

Chain mesh fencing suits schools, sports courts and work sites, and it can carry barbed wire on top. We bring in welders, concreters and electricians when a job needs them.

  • Front fences

Blade fencing keeps the house in view from the street, and a painted timber picket fence suits a Victorian or Edwardian house. Check your council's front fence rules before you pick.

  • Privacy screens

Timber slat screens give privacy with small gaps for air, and they come in merbau, a reddish-brown hardwood. On a chain mesh fence, we can add privacy slats or shade cloth.
