Website Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms cover your use of the Goanna Fencing website. By using this site, you agree to them.
What this site is
This site is run by Goanna Fencing. It explains the fencing, gates, retaining walls and repairs we quote for across Melbourne and regional Victoria, and lets you ask for a free quote.
Website content is not a quote
What's on this site is general information about fencing. It isn't a quote, and it isn't advice about your property. The price and the details of your job are only set in the written quote you get from us.
Council rules, estate guidelines and fencing laws change, and they vary from place to place. Check anything that affects your job with your council or the relevant authority before you rely on it.
Photos are examples
Some photos on this site are of jobs our installers have done. Others are examples of the types of fences, gates and walls we install, and your fence may look different.
Who carries out the work

Our installers are insured. Your written quote sets out the work, the price and the materials. Read it before you go ahead, and ask us about anything that isn't clear.
Licences and credentials
This site doesn't list licence or registration numbers. If your job needs a licence or registration, the details are confirmed on your written quote. Ask us if you'd like to see them before you go ahead.
Your details
When you send the quote form, we handle your details as set out in our privacy policy.
Copyright
The words, images, logo and design of this site belong to Goanna Fencing or are used with permission. You're welcome to share a link to any page, but please don't copy the content for another website or business without asking us first.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as council and government pages. We don't run those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them. Check the information with the site that publishes it.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria can hear any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you have a question about them, call us on (03) 9123 6468 or use the quote form.
